We left after booking somewhere else because of how bad this was. The listing claimed a sauna, lift, and security, but none of those were there, and we only found out after paying. It felt dishonest. Anyone could enter from the street, with no controlled entrance, key card, or guard, which made us feel very unsafe. Hygiene was poor: there was too much baggage in the room, the showers were dirty and unsafe, and around 44 people shared just four toilets. Floors in the rooms and hallway were very dirty. The hallway and stair lights were switched off at night, which felt dangerous, while the dorm lights stayed on all night and couldn't be turned off. The room was extremely hot, with no fan or air conditioning. The bed was very uncomfortable, and we only slept a few hours. We asked for a refund for the second night after leaving, but they refused and didn't try to help. Very poor standards and service, and not as advertised. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
A comfortable bed and well-kept facilities made this a great budget find in Da Nang. The area is busy, but the hotel felt safe and secure. Staff were especially helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. It's a clean, convenient place to stay near Dragon Bridge.
I'd say it's worth the price, but I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms were somewhat dirty, though at least the beds were clean, and there was a bad smell. Toilet paper was always missing, and all but one of the showers were missing showerheads. Not very good.
Don't go! We planned to stay two nights in Da Nang, but cancelled after the first. There was no running water, and neither the toilets nor the showers worked. Our room also smelled like sewage. We tried to get a refund because the hostel wasn't what had been promised when we booked, but the manager said he refused any kind of refund despite the terrible conditions. Absolutely horrendous, the worst experience of my traveling career.
For the price, we were very happy here. We only needed somewhere to rest for 4-5 hours after reaching Danang in the morning, so we booked the double-bed dormitory because it was super cheap. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable enough that we slept like babies. Someone came to clean the dorm right at 12 pm, and there’s a small dining area by reception if you want to eat. We were curious about the rooms after seeing the dorm, and they were pleasantly affordable, clean, compact, and had a good view of the road. There are restaurants nearby, a coffee shop just below the hotel, and the Han River and Dragon Bridge right behind it. We asked for a late checkout, but they were strict and only gave us an extra 30 minutes. Still, for what we paid, we couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend this place.
