The rooms were good quality, and the location is a plus. Staff at both the hotel and the restaurant out front were excellent and friendly. The stay was pleasant, though the recent renovation still seemed unfinished in places. Recommended.

They were incredibly accommodating when we had a medical emergency and went out of their way to help us. The staff kept providing five-star service afterward, too. We’ll definitely come back.

The location was perfect, just a block from the beach and one or two blocks from lots of great restaurants. I also really liked the in-house massage and sauna. One hassle was the electricity: it needs a second key card left in the slot to stay on. I got another card for that, but housekeeping took it one day, which caused a headache.

We appreciated how friendly and thoughtful the service was throughout our stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, and I’d be very happy to recommend it.

The location is the one good thing here. It’s called a four-star hotel, but to me it felt like two stars: the rooms were small and basic. I’d try somewhere else.
