Zest Villas & Spa

The staff were all so friendly and kind, and Y deserves a special thank you for her hospitality and for always making us feel looked after. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a really welcoming atmosphere. We had a great stay at Zest Hotel, thanks to the whole team. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

We stayed at Zest as six adults, with an Oasis room, a Boat villa, and a Family Oasis room. Each had its own character, and the resort felt peaceful in its secluded setting, with a lovely tropical Vietnamese atmosphere. What made the trip especially memorable was the staff. They were warm, helpful, and smiling all the time. Of all the hotels and people we encountered during our Vietnam trip, this team stood out for how willing they were to go out of their way for us. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Diem, I hope I remembered her name correctly, made our stay feel especially welcoming. She was caring and lovely throughout our visit, and all the other staff were helpful too. We spent three nights here and found it heavenly, with beautiful grounds and a wonderful hotel. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the Hoi An area.

The team here are so sweet, and the front desk pointed us toward some good tailoring shops. We also found a few we liked, especially Faifou, Custom Tailoring, Little Angel. It’s about a 10-minute drive to the old town, and they have a free shuttle as well as bikes you can use around the neighborhood. The rice fields and Vietnamese homes nearby are beautiful. Our room and its view were lovely, and we really liked sitting on the balcony bed at night. Quiet, and just right for a countryside-style resort.
