Breakfast was limited and pretty average. The room itself is spacious, and the furniture is okay, not too old and still works. Soundproofing could be better, though, especially in the morning when corridor noise carries in. There are two bathrobes, if you want them, and a Japanese-style smart bidet flush with only one setting. For a four-star hotel, the price is reasonable. It's not right in the center, but it's still downtown and near Han River Port.

The hotel is in a convenient city-center spot, with a mart nearby. But the toilet was dirty, with stains left on the floor, and it smelled of urine the whole time. Ventilation in there is poor. Breakfast choices were limited too.

The hot spa and bath get 5/5 from me. It's a Japanese-style hotel in a good location, and the service was good too.

For a four-star price, this turned into a nightmare business trip. The hotel feels old, or maybe I was put in the worst room despite booking almost a month ahead. The place was dusty enough to make me itchy within minutes, and some facilities were broken. I had asked the day before check-in to switch from twin beds to a double, but they refused, saying they were fully booked. When I checked in and complained about the room, they said I would have to stay in it anyway, whatever I said, and offered to send housekeeping to clean. Hygiene should be handled before guests arrive, and cleaning wouldn't fix the broken facilities. If they can't manage the room quality, they shouldn't sell it.
