Gaia Hotel Phuquoc

The room looked a bit dated, but housekeeping was perfect every day. From my seventh-floor room, the sea views were great at any time, and the beach was only a three-minute walk away. Breakfast was quite good, with fresh egg dishes, fruit, coffee, fried rice, noodles, and other options. The main road noise was the one drawback, although I still slept well. A nice four-star hotel.

We stayed at Gaia Hotel Phu Quoc from 30 September to 3 October 2025 and booked two rooms, one for two people and the other for three. Both were spacious, clean, and neat, with sea views. The main road location was handy, and the hotel sits at a good distance from nearby markets, neither too close nor too far. There's a swimming pool for relaxing, especially if you enjoy a swim, and breakfast had a decent range. Hospitality was very good, and the staff were friendly, supportive, and genuinely good people. Strongly recommend it for a comfortable, pleasant stay in Phu Quoc.

Gaia Hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but it was the service that really made the stay. Resvin Nguyen looked after our family throughout the trip with a warm, attentive, proactive approach. Requests were taken care of quickly and thoughtfully, so we felt genuinely cared for and had a smooth, enjoyable, stress-free visit.

From the moment I arrived at Gaia Hotel Phu Quoc, every staff member made me feel welcome with friendly, attentive service. Their hospitality made my stay special. I also really enjoyed the varied breakfast, with plenty of delicious ways to start the day. Everything met my expectations, from cleanliness and comfort to the service. Highly recommended, and I'd definitely stay again.
