Paying by Visa came with an extra 2% charge, which I found unreasonable, and the service felt disappointing and unprofessional. I tried different room categories, from over 700,000 VND to 1,500,000 VND per night, but all the rooms had serious flooding in the shower area. There wasn’t even a chair for sitting or working. Staff told me chairs weren’t included in that room category, which I found unacceptable at those prices. It was a very poor stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room felt modern, and it was as clean as a Western hotel. Breakfast was great too. I’ll stay here again for sure.
