Breakfast had a good mix of Vietnamese and international dishes, all fresh and tasty, and the gym was pleasant and well equipped. The property is brand new and modern, and everything felt very clean, with no mold anywhere. The reception girls were consistently friendly and helpful. Still, the shower drain was a problem. After a couple of minutes, water overflowed onto the bathroom floor and soaked the floor towel. We also found someone else's hair in the drain. Housekeeping cleaned it when we asked, but left the wet towel there. We tried to have dinner at 9:00 pm, but the waitress said the kitchen had already closed, although the restaurant is supposed to run until 9:30 pm. The new facilities and kind staff give the hotel real potential, but the drainage and evening restaurant service need attention.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and the location worked perfectly for us. Our room at Bcons City Hotel was brand new, modern, and very clean, with really comfortable beds. We had a great stay, thank you :)

The one thing I'd change is the hot food setup. It needs more room to put down a plate while serving, so food is less likely to spill and cause a possible burn. Apart from that, everything exceeded our expectations. The quality and professionalism were outstanding, and the team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. We'll definitely be back!

I was here for just one night on a business trip. For an expensive place, the elevators were disappointing: some were regularly out of service, so I had to wait for another one to work. That's not acceptable at this price, and the system needs improvement.
