The room itself was clean and comfortable. The problem was the slippery ceramic shampoo and soap containers. One fell from my hand in the shower and broke. I told the staff honestly what happened, then got charged 200,000 Dong to replace it, which is half the room price. Concept sits in an artificial, wannabe-posh area full of empty hotels. Maybe they haven't realized only one in ten will last, and that business depends on service more than fancy containers.

The rooms are new and kept in good shape. Staff were polite and helpful, and we even rented a scooter for two days.

Room 02-01 had two spiders, but they seemed pretty friendly 😭😭😭. I was also surprised they provided instant noodles. The room was amazing, with a view I loved and a super soft bed. It was really cheap too, and simple in a way that still felt great quality. It deserves its 4.9-star rating, and I'd definitely visit again. The layout was basically my dream bedroom.
