The hotel is in a new shopping area, though there isn’t much around it yet. It’s a great new place about 400 meters from the beach, with beautiful rooms and furnishings. Our family room had some issues, so they gave us two full rooms to make up for it.

The service was a really bad experience. They wouldn’t wash the blanket because they were worried they’d have to make the customer pay for it. The stain was small, and when I soaked it myself for five minutes, it came out straight away.

The rooms have three really spacious beds, and the beach is close enough to reach by electric cart. The hotel sits inside a huge entertainment complex, though there aren't many attractions there yet. We found good spots for Italian pasta, pizza, and bubble tea. Just please keep smoking out of the rooms. The smell was awful when we checked in the other day.

For a newly opened place, it feels upscale and luxurious, and it's clean. The reception staff were polite, there’s an elevator, and the prices are reasonable.
