Nobody clearly told me in advance, and the room differed in both appearance and location from my confirmation. It was missing several expected or promised items, and I had to ask multiple times for essentials and clarification. After a long journey, I waited more than four hours after check-in to get proper assistance. I stayed just one night of the planned three, not 1.5 days as reported, and left because of the conditions and safety concerns. The experience caused major inconvenience and financial loss.
