What stayed with me most was the family's genuinely warm welcome. Even with the language barrier, they were keen to connect and exchange, and I really appreciated that. The dinners they prepared for me were a delight, too. The homestay itself is beautiful, with a rustic, warm feel to the space, courtyard, and room decor. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of the centre of Dong Van but not right in it. Thanks again so much, I hope we see each other again :)

The owners were lovely, and the rooms were clean and high quality. At first it felt a bit pricey, but we got an offer at the right value and really enjoyed our stay. There was no heating, though they had heated blankets. The bathroom looks amazing, and there's a bath, but unfortunately not enough hot water to fill it. We enjoyed the food, and breakfast was included.

If you love culture, I highly recommend this place. The rooms are cozy and beautiful, with wooden furniture and lovely fireplaces, and the hospitality alone makes it worth visiting. We had dinner and breakfast there, and the food they cook is worth trying. The owner is working to preserve the ordinance and value of the Hmong ethnic group's house, which is why we supported the business. They also have another homestay in Meo Vac - Ha Giang called Chung Pua House. Try both for an unforgettable experience.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the hotel's old style is done really nicely. The family made us feel very welcome and saw to everything we needed during our lovely one-night stay. They served us dinner in the evening, and it was delicious!!
