Lam Tung Hotel Ha Giang - by Bay Luxury

The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was super easy. They asked to see our permit, so take note of that. It was one of the few places I stayed in Vietnam that gave us some bottled water for free. The rooms were big and clean, the beds comfortable, and everything worked well. No complaints there. We rented motorcycles and rode from Ha Giang to the hotel, and they covered our bikes overnight. My room also had a nice mountain view. The place is off the main road but easy to find, with eateries just outside. In the morning, we walked to the main street and checked out the market. There are nice coffee places just across the Main Street. Great place to stay.

The location is the only good thing. Noise carries in from all around, one room had no window, and the bathroom tap wasn’t working properly.

The host was always available and really helpful, and we had a lovely stay. I only stayed 1 night, but the spacious, very clean room and comfortable bed made a good impression. It’s right in the ancient town, so it’s easy to walk around at night. Best hotel in Dong Van town. Thank you for a lovely stay. A greeting from Toannb!

The breakfast setup was a nice surprise: they take you to the restaurant next door, where you can pick from three options. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was air conditioning. It’s also close to the market and plenty of good places to eat.
