8/10
The staff were friendly. The location is quite far from the centre, and while the room is simple, it's okay. The bathroom is very old, and everything feels worn out.
6/10
The rooms are pretty old.
4/10
Wouldn't recommend it.
2/10
The walls were damp, moldy, and dusty, even in the sunny river-view rooms. The place also looked dirty and run-down from the outside. The infrastructure hasn't been updated, and for this room's price, I'd rather stay in the Him Lam area of District 8.
