When the big floods hit the area, this hotel still had electricity and running water. The staff looked after us well, bringing food and breakfast to go and being very flexible and hospitable. The rooms were very clean and the service was good. I’d highly recommend staying here in the Ha Giang area.

Even during the floods, the hotel had clean running water and electricity. The hotel itself was great, and so was the service.

Clean overall, with an adequate breakfast. The room door didn’t lock properly, though. Fine for a three-star hotel.

There isn’t a whole lot to see around this part of town, though Ha Giang is beautiful once you get beyond the city. The location itself is okay. The rooms were clean and the showers piping hot, but the beds are really hard. Pretty run of the mill.

The corner of a busy intersection makes for a depressing location. The room was okay, but didn’t really feel up to a three-star standard. Breakfast was appallingly bad, and the coffee seemed to have been boiling for hours.
