A good choice.

The villa itself was nice and clean, but our experience with manager Vy was terrible. We agreed on a specific price after negotiating, and she sent confirmation. Later, when she found other guests willing to pay more, she asked us to move to a worse villa and gave what I believe were false reasons. I think the real reason was greed. When I tried to discuss it logically, she called me "inadequate" and threatened to put us out on the street. We had to accept the move, and she promised 500,000 VND for the inconvenience. Later she refused to pay, saying I had "the nerve" to ask because she had rented to us cheaply. I believe she lied and cheated us out of 500k VND. To me, it showed no integrity: she broke her promise when she saw a chance to make a little more money. Dishonest and unprofessional. Stay away.

We asked the host to arrange a BBQ buffet for us one evening. It was great, arrived right at our table, and cost a reasonable amount.

We had a lovely time here with family and friends. The house and garden are beautiful, and the open, airy feel makes it a great fit for a group. Our host was cheerful and enthusiastic.
