We booked an apartment through Booking.com four months ahead. An hour before check-in, we called for instructions and were told they’d call us back with the details. Twenty minutes later, they said no apartments were available and we’d have to stay somewhere else 3 km away. We chose to cancel and book elsewhere. When we checked Booking.com again, multiple apartments were still listed for that day. We’re certain they rented them to other people for much higher rates than ours. I’ve never had this problem anywhere in the world before. Do not book with this company.

I booked two weeks ahead because this apartment had a good price and location, and the area was quiet. The building is central and very clean, and the kitchen and other services were free to use. I stayed for a week before going back to Hạ Long. This apartment will be on my list of places I love when I stay in Hà Nội.

I booked dcapital through agoda, but the room was different from the one in the pictures. It was dirty, dirty, dirty, and there was a cockroach waiting for you. A 600k hotel is better than this place.

Don’t book here. We arrived at 8 pm and were told there were no rooms for us. I tried to confirm through Booking and WhatsApp, but nobody replied.
