Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and quick to answer questions. The hostel has the basics well covered: comfortable mattresses, private sleeping cubes with outlets and lamps, hot showers, laundry service, and a yummy breakfast included. Trevor had only taken over the place two weeks earlier, so there were still things to work on. I’m sure he’ll get them sorted efficiently and nicely, given his enthusiasm and previous experience in the business. We had an amazing stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for the necessities, positive atmosphere, and kind staff.

We stayed one night before the Ha Giang loop and another after, and it was a perfect start to the adventure. The mattresses were amazing, and the little bed cubbies had plugs, lamps, and curtains for privacy. After a couple of weeks traveling around Southeast Asia and only having cold showers, that warm shower was a blessing. Breakfast filled us up before we set off. We also got to talk properly with the owner, who had just taken over and seems really committed to improving the place and helping it grow. Thank you, Trevor, for your energy and smile.

We booked the loop through one of their partners in Hanoi, and Majestic ran a perfect trip. The nature speaks for itself, and the tour was really well organized. Our group was small, unlike the convoys of 20 bikes we saw elsewhere, and the drivers were friendly and experienced. Just amazing, thank you very much.

We had a fantastic 2D1N tour with Black, Trang, and the others. Our group was just four people, and we got to see a lot. The food provided along the way was very good and local, there were frequent stops, and the travel felt safe. We booked through an operator in Ninh Binh. Recommended!

The drivers made the trip for us. They were all so polite and nice, showed us the best photo spots, took pictures, and made sure we had the time of our lives. I rode with Tri, such a legend! He kept me feeling safe the whole time, so I could enjoy the ride to the fullest. Thanks so much, Tri, I’m gonna miss you, bro! The organization from Ricardo was perfect. He sent all the details beforehand, including bus information and the meeting point. The Ha Giang Loop itself is stunning, with incredible views and landscapes. Food and hostels were among the best we had during our Vietnam trip. We had a good group, and the party was included. We did a fantastic 3 day trip with TeamBlack!
