There’s a good vegan (chay) restaurant about five minutes away. The hotel is clean and reasonably priced, and the staff are ready to go the extra mile to help visitors feel at ease. They can arrange a bus to Hanoi and pick you up too.

It’s peaceful and quiet near the mountain, with a big, clean room. The bed was a little hard.

They don’t speak English, but the staff are really helpful and kind-hearted ^^

The facilities are old, and the service and attitude were terrible. Tourists shouldn’t stay here or they’ll regret it and have their trip ruined. I had the same complaint twice: awful service, a bad attitude, and old facilities.
