At first he seemed like a cool guy, but getting my deposit back after renting a bike for a week was a struggle. He almost kept the 2 million dong until I told him to check the contract. I also left my helmet and phone holder on his table, and when I went back, I was told they simply weren't there 🤣🤣. On top of that, the bike's speedometer didn't work and the accelerator sometimes stuck, which is insanely dangerous. Avoid! There are places just down the road for the same price.

Thanh was easy to deal with and explained the loop clearly, with useful recommendations. We rented a semi-automatic 110c for 4.5 days, and it worked perfectly for two small people with little luggage. The price was great value, and we could borrow helmets and gloves at no extra cost, much needed in Dec! There are so many rental companies in Ha Giang that it can be hard to tell who might rip you off or push a tour. You can trust Thanh to look after you. We'd rent from him again without hesitation.

Ngan & Eagle were incredibly helpful, and the available rooms were clean, comfortable, and well located. The rental bikes are top drawer too.

I rented a Honda Blade for a round trip to Sapa and asked them to tighten the brake cable so it would respond more sensitively. The bike worked well with no issues, and the hosts were kind. Recommend this rental.
