The owners made me feel welcome every time, always greeting me with a smile and offering help. The Royal Hotel is quiet and spotless while still right in the center of Ha Giang, and the quality for the price is hard to beat. I’d absolutely stay with you again when I’m back. Thanks for everything.

We arrived soaked after riding motorcycles through the countryside, and the staff kindly helped us hang up our wet gear to dry. They’re lovely people and made us feel welcome. The rooms are tidy and clean, with everything you need, in this great little hotel right in the heart of Ha Giang. Breakfast was delicious too, if you choose to have it.

The owners clearly take pride in this lovely property. Our room was beautifully fitted out, spotlessly clean, and had a wonderfully soft bed. It was the best place we stayed in Vietnam, and our number one stay overall. The hosts were so friendly. Thanks for everything, and well done.

We paid 400k for the night and it felt worth it. The room was spotless and the service was excellent, they were very accommodating. The owner even offered us a ride to the hotel from elsewhere late at night, and after checkout the front desk offered me food. They were open during Tet too. Thank you so much 💖 I’d recommend staying here.
