It's a tiny family hotel with no reception, and the service was basically nothing. The owner was unfriendly and couldn't speak English.

This small family hotel is in central Ha Long, close to the beach, Dragon amusement park, and water park. The room was clean, the owner was friendly, and the price was reasonable. It's a handy place to stay overnight if you're visiting Ha Long, with the local market and other attractions easy to get to. Suitable for all kinds of travelers.
