The staff were very friendly, and the food on board was just alright. For a better time in Ha Long Bay, I’d highly recommend a two-night, three-day tour, since you can get away from the crowds and see more remote, beautiful spots. The bay itself is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. The Crown Legend tour, though, felt built for mass tourism and much like every other operator’s offering, which was disappointing. The boat was advertised as built in 2019, but it looked and felt much older, with worn furniture and other worn parts, and it wasn’t very clean.
