The service was very poor. During a blackout, a guest was stuck in the elevator, and the owner didn’t seem to care. She just wanted to argue with the guest. The hotel had trouble arranging a room because of her mistake, but didn’t care about the guest.

My room was beside the elevator, but the window looked out over the sea and bay, which was quite nice. The service was decent, about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. It was clean, the mini-fridge was quite cool, and the view was a big plus. The furniture and decor looked a bit dated, so I think the hotel could use some upgrades. The air conditioner was somewhat noisy, probably because it hadn’t been serviced in a while. If you’re very picky, you might find it loud, but I still slept fine 😅.
