We had a terrible stay. There was no reception or contact person, and when we arrived and tried to get into the room, it turned into a nightmare. We had the same towels for all three days, and from the second day they kept pressuring us to pay. We repeatedly asked for towels and toilet paper and got no response. There was no room service, despite the website confirming it. After using abusive language, they eventually agreed to send a maid, but we had to stay in the room because she wouldn't come in while we were out. This was presented as a five-star hotel, but it felt like an Airbnb. The photos under "Carol 6 Halong" were fake, and there was no clue on Google. They couldn't communicate properly in English. These greedy people seemed to care only about money. Be careful. Hanoi has lots of scams like this too.

They told me at 1 PM that there were no rooms, even though check-in was meant to be at 2. Terrible business. I hope they close soon.
