The sea view and location are beautiful, and the hotel is new. But no one was there to help with luggage, and the elevator is extremely slow, so the wait gets long. Housekeeping was poor and things weren’t clean. Staff hadn’t organized the schedule to show who was staying one day and who was staying multiple days, so the cleaning staff didn’t know to change the linens. Reception was very slow and unprofessional too. For breakfast, the beef pho was the best thing I tried, while everything else was average.

The room lighting is yellow and quite dim, really only suitable for mornings, and the breakfast buffet wasn’t particularly impressive. Still, the room has a lovely sea view, with nice scenery around it. The space is roomy, smells pleasant from the essential oils, and has full services. There’s an indoor pool open year-round as well as a beautiful outdoor infinity pool.
