Sofia was really lovely and looked after us so well on the cruise. Since my husband doesn't eat seafood, she brought meat to the table for him. The rest of the staff were helpful too, and we had a great time.

The food was delicious, well cooked, and served in generous portions, and our room was spotless with plenty of space, a shower, and a whirlpool tub. Even with the bad weather limiting some activities, the crew kept everything running smoothly and the excursions were enjoyable. The cruise itself was magnificent, and the staff were so kind and attentive to every detail. Special mention to Jin, who was skilled and friendly.

Mr. Duc was especially lovely and honest, and spoke Mandarin while serving Taiwanese guests. He told us he had studied at a university in Taiwan and worked his way up to store manager at Bafangyunji, earning 70,000 NTD a month. He came back to his hometown for love, where his salary on Alisa is just over 10,000 NTD monthly. The guides made their explanations on Surprise Island and Hero Island lively and engaging, and all the crew, servers, and guides were polite, friendly, and fluent in English. We had a fantastic two-day, one-night cruise on Alisa, with excellent food, atmosphere, cleanliness, lots of activities, and exceptional service. Alisa Cruises is a lifesaver! 👍
