The staff are AMAZING and really accommodating. The pool is large compared with others around town, and the rooms were clean and nice, with comfortable beds. This is my second stay here. It’s a great price and location, just outside the old town but close enough for a cheap Grab ride, right across from pottery island. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

The host was the best part of our stay, really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, and being able to use the pool made the place even more enjoyable.

Agoda booked us for dates three weeks later than we intended. The hotel and Agoda blame each other and neither will refund us. Then the hotel tried to charge us an even higher rate for another night. I wouldn't trust this bunch of thieves.

A worm fell from the water into my cup while I was brushing my teeth. I contacted the manager, but they didn't even apologize. They immediately threw away the water with the worm in it, and kept insisting the water was clean. It felt like they were saying I must have put the worm there myself to cause trouble. The old guy is cooked, just saying. The staff member was alright and tried to help by replacing the tap water with bottled water, but I won't be coming back.

The photos are deceiving. The place needs renovation and a proper cleaning, there were mouse and lizard droppings everywhere. It's away from town, with nowhere to eat nearby.
