The manager was rude and dismissive when we called, refused to offer a solution, and wouldn’t return the money for our remaining two nights. We stayed just one day before deciding to leave, after checking other rooms that seemed equally dirty and poorly maintained. The hotel was noisy enough to make resting or sleeping properly impossible, and there was no internet during our stay. Most concerning, one key card seemed to open multiple rooms, which made us feel very unsafe. Our room was in shocking condition from the start. The sheets had hairs, crumbs, and visible stains, so they clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. This place has serious cleanliness, security, and customer service problems. I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. Save your money and go somewhere else. 🚫

My friends and I booked three rooms for three nights, but after the first night we moved to another hotel because we didn’t feel safe. My key card opened other rooms, and cards from other rooms opened mine. When we checked the beds before sleeping, there was a lot of hair on them, and the floor was dirty. The rooms seemed as if they hadn’t been cleaned and smelled musty. We were in a hurry to go out for dinner at check-in, so I hadn’t inspected the room properly then. I’m willing to pay for that first night, since we checked in and didn’t look closely before leaving. We asked for a refund for the remaining two nights, but the hotel refused under any circumstances. This happened to my friends and me, and I’m sharing it for others to consider before booking.

The room was big and about 4/5 clean, and breakfast wasn’t included as the booking said. It’s a one-minute walk from the main bus station, which is great if you arrive in slippers. We got there around 2:30 a.m.; the reception guy had waited for us, sleeping at reception, and handed us a key right away.
