The room itself was modern and new, but the location felt very remote, almost like a ghost town. Grab rarely came, and the free shuttle stop was a 10-minute walk away. Sometimes the shuttle barely ran. After the convenience of being able to call a motorbike taxi anywhere on the Vietnamese mainland, getting around here was difficult. I was misled by unrelated photos in Google Maps reviews. There isn’t an easy-to-reach beach nearby, and there’s no cable car. I was told the luxury restaurants and beaches were only for guests staying at those hotels. The promised room Wi-Fi wasn’t usable, and I couldn’t even figure out how to connect. There was no phone to reach the front desk, and staff were only there at certain hours, so no one was available when I needed help. They also didn’t speak English. The walls are thin: I heard a loud dryer-like noise all night and other guests talking clearly early in the morning. The curtains let light in, so I woke before my alarm. The shampoo packets couldn’t be opened without scissors, which I didn’t have. There was no one at reception late at night either.

If zero stars were possible, that’s what I’d give. I barely saw any service. Nobody was at reception, calls went unanswered, and they only replied to my messages after I’d called four times. When the receptionist finally showed up, she couldn’t communicate, especially in English. She seemed lost and unsure where she was or what she was doing there.))) I also don’t know if the person sitting beside me was security or reception, but a hotel employee started smoking cigarettes in the hall. I don’t think that’s acceptable indoors rather than outside. The photos are completely different from what the place is actually like.

A budget hotel with really spacious rooms, kept neat, clean and in great condition. The gentleman at reception was helpful throughout my stay.

It’s quiet here, which made it great for relaxing, and the price was very reasonable. The hotel is near several lovely beaches. Staff were polite and accommodating, and breakfast and lunch were both cheap, delicious and healthy. I’ll definitely come back.
