Aloha Ha Long Hotel

The restaurant staff made a big impression on me. Mrs Thúy, Nhung, Nhiên, Ms Mai, Trang, and Mr Tú, Việt, Nam all showed real care for guests, and Ms Trang stood out in particular. She remembered little details between visits, anticipated what guests might need, and was quick to help while staying warm and professional. The way she worked with her colleagues was lovely to see, and the whole team made the restaurant feel welcoming. My room, 1005, was kept spotless by housekeeping, with fresh linens and towels each day and amenities carefully arranged. The reception team were friendly and efficient at both check-in and check-out, and gave helpful local information. Every request was handled promptly. From arrival through departure, I had an outstanding stay at Novotel Ha Long. I couldn't have asked for a better visit and will absolutely come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It felt like a home away from home during our stay in Halong. The room was cozy, comfortable, and kept clean, and the room attendant looked after us well. Reception were approachable and always helped with our questions. The man in the blue vest greeted us with a smile whenever we came in. The people at Novotel Ha Long Bay made this stay memorable. Thu and Ngan were especially kind, attentive, and helpful, and the rest of the team were friendly and professional too. I work in travel and stay at hotels around the world, so I really value that kind of hospitality. The setting near Bai Chay promenade made it easy to explore, and the bay views with limestone islands in the distance were beautiful to wake up to. I had a wonderful visit to Ha Long Bay and hope to return someday. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Binh, the Housekeeping Room Steward, deserves special thanks. He was polite, professional, and attentive, keeping my room spotless and tidy and refreshing it on time. The bed was made perfectly each day, supplies were replenished, and the bathroom stayed very clean. His attention to detail and warm daily greeting made me feel welcome. The Front Office team made check-in and check-out easy and friendly, the restaurant staff served excellent food, and management maintained high standards across the hotel. Everyone helped make my stay relaxing and memorable. I truly look forward to coming back to Novotel Ha Long Bay.
