Belle, the manager, kept checking on people at the dining tables and made sure everyone was comfortable. Her announcements were professional, and her advice to guests was helpful. Jason, the Operations Manager, also gave exceptional service throughout. The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Ha Long Bay, and everything was organized very well. Food was very good throughout, and the staff were lovely. We had a beautiful two-day, one-night trip with Ambassador Cruise and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

Thao Moi was thoughtful and professional throughout, which made the trip especially comfortable. I loved relaxing over afternoon tea by the ocean, and the buffet had plenty of variety, with fresh seafood and desserts that beat expectations. With its spacious design, lovely atmosphere, and well-organized service, Ambassador Cruise made for an elegant, memorable getaway I'd gladly take again. ❤️❤️👌🏻

Ms Emily guided us through the whole process and made sure we got to do the kayaking, which was a great experience. The cruise was magnificent and the staff were overwhelming in the best way. They could add a few more options for Indian vegetarians, but the rest was good. Surely recommend. 🫶🏻

We loved cycling on Cat Ba Island, though we wished the ride had been longer. The 24-hour trip was relaxing and nice, and we needn't have worried about the ship being old: it was clean and well maintained. Our room, “the honeymoon sweet,” went beyond our biggest expectations. Excellent dinner, super service, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Safe trip, great food, wonderful environment, and five-star service.
