It was a nice stay. The room was clean and a good size for the price, and the service was fine, though nothing especially memorable. That level of service isn’t unusual for hotels around here.

I booked a deluxe room and got a complimentary upgrade at check-in. There’s no elevator, but the staff were very cooperative. The location is fantastic, right in front of West Lake, with an Indian restaurant and grocery shops just a short walk away. The hotel has what looks like a Chinese theme, and breakfast follows suit. They do have bread, butter, jam, and fruit too. I’d definitely recommend it as a budget hotel.
