The staff were helpful and had a great attitude, and the price was reasonable. Free car parking was a plus, and there's a pickleball court inside the hotel. The location is prime, though the hotel is old and its facilities haven't been upgraded.

The rooms across from the elevator have balconies facing the sea and ropeway. At night you can see the sun wheel and bridge beautifully lit. The hotel is quite close to the beach, which is handy for swimming. My room was clean and had the necessary items, but remember to bring body wash, since they only provide shampoo.

My mom had to quarantine in her room for 14 days and pay all her own expenses, which was fine. What wasn't fine was the dirty room and hotel, the lack of internet, and a three-hour check-in. She had flown from America to Vietnam and was assigned this hotel as one of only two options under the Government quarantine requirement. The other was a more expensive 4-star hotel. We expected WiFi to be a must, and fast, for a 3-star place. This hotel needs to improve its internet and cleanliness to meet 3-star standards.
