I booked this rental apartment through Agoda and would highly recommend it. The manager was helpful, and the front desk staff were polite and kind. It’s modern, new, very clean, and well maintained in a super safe location. My one bedroom was spacious and had a balcony. There’s a kitchen and washing machine, and the air conditioning works very well. For the price, it’s one of the best places I’ve seen in Ho Chi Mihn district 1.
Good value for a family. This moderately priced service apartment in HCMC (District 1) has a clean room with modern amenities, including a kitchen, dining area, and washing machine.
The location is good, and at first the place seemed clean. Looking more closely, though, I saw insects running around in the kitchen. Everything feels quite old and needs renovating.
The price is good.
