We stayed three days and never got cleaning service. After we asked reception, a cleaner came in with a horrible attitude and shouted at us, even though we'd greeted and spoken to her politely. We told reception we'd leave a bad rating, but nobody seemed to care. At checkout, the cleaner insulted and threatened us again. We felt robbed and humiliated. Terrible customer service, and I'll never come back.
The building and room are modern, with a new LG AC unit, an Android Smart TV, and a new bathroom. We had a comfortable mattress and a balcony on the third floor with a good view. The receptionist was friendly. There was no WiFi at first; after I mentioned it, they installed two new WiFi routers the next day. Central landmarks like Bitexco, Landmark 81, War Museum, and Ben Th. Market are about 10-15 minutes away by car or bike. The area is fairly quiet, apart from karaoke noise from a kindergarten at 9am. One downside: the elevator is for some...
Nice hotel. If you need to leave early, let the staff know ahead of time.
The staff were really good, and there’s a daily market just a short walk away. The hotel itself is in a quiet spot.
I ended up having to switch hotels. This place seemed geared toward locals bringing girls for a quick hookup.
