The crew made the trip for us. Giang kept us up to date on each day's plans and went out of her way to help, and everyone was warm and accommodating. The cabins were spotless, the boat was beautiful, and there was loads to see and do. We chose the 3-day, 2-night cruise and were glad we did, since one night would've felt too short. The food was fantastic, with plenty of choices. Book it, you won't regret it.

Those morning tai chi sessions on deck were such a calm way to start the day, and the meals were delicious, nicely presented, and suited everyone's needs. Ms. Giang checked in regularly from the moment I boarded, making sure I was comfortable and taking care of every request with the crew. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole Ha Long Bay trip feel easy and special. I'm so grateful, and would happily recommend it.

Minh and the whole team were generous, kind, and incredibly attentive. The Premium Cruise boat was spotless and excellent, and having it to ourselves let us steer clear of the crowds from the larger vessels. Minh and the captains knew the area so well, which made a real difference. I can't praise the experience enough.

The nights on deck, cooking class, and morning yoga were all lovely, and they helped make the trip memorable. Ms.Giang and her team looked after every guest so well. They served us delicious Indian vegetarian food, and Mr. Minh, shef and his team also gave great service and made delicious meals on board. Many thanks to them all for a wonderful trip.

The staff were patient and served us well at lunch and dinner, making sure we enjoyed the food and had enough to eat. They even showed us how to make fresh spring rolls. Every dish tasted great and seemed so fresh. Emeraude Cruises has really changed my idea of how a cruise should be run.
