Harbour Hotel is 300 VND, about $12 USA, cheaper than Tuan Chau Resort and better quality. At the Harbor Hotel, you also don't have to walk in the heat to reach the limited, bare and sadly named breakfast “buffet” at Tuan Chau Resort. As of today, it's the only hotel on the island with an actual breakfast buffet. Compared with the bigger and better reviewed Tuan Chau Resort, which is overpriced after its former glory and no longer the better value, we're glad we didn't spend all our nights there. We regretted our reservation at Tuan Chau Resort. Harbor Hotel helped make up for how much Tuan Chau Resort overcharged us without delivering anything. I'd recommend considering Halong Harbour over the overpriced, overrated Tuan Chau Resort, with poor customer service and not worth the effort.

It's very close to the harbour where you can take a tour of halongbay. A lot of Korean and Chinese people stay here.

Stayed here in 2020 for isolation. The space was humid, so it was just so-so. Halong Bay.
