There was a whiff of mould as soon as we walked in. Still, the stay was good overall, with the basics covered: a hot shower, a comfortable bed, and an open-air window. We could hear nearby guests a little in the morning, but it didn’t bother us. It was affordable and close to places to eat :)

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. We also enjoyed the food, especially the banana pancake at breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. It’s conveniently located near both the bay and the city center. I had a wonderful stay at ha long star light hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting ha long.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. It’s conveniently close to the park and cable car, and handy for getting to a cruise in Halong bay.

For that price range, there’s not much more I could ask for. The shower was good, the bed comfortable, and the staff spoke good English. I think breakfast may even be included.

The room smelled strongly of smoke. It was absolutely freezing, and the blanket was very thin and much too small for the bed.
