Huaong, our butler, was fantastic, and the staff gave great service across the board. The food was good overall, with a wide selection and nice presentation. But for the price, the value felt lackluster compared with other places we stayed. The excursions were a waste of time to me: one stopped at a very run-down village with little to see, and the boat ride was cool but short. The promised live music didn't happen because the musician apparently has Mondays off. We paid for kayaking, then were told on arrival they didn't have it, and the wifi didn't work either. At this price, I probably wouldn't return.

The excursions were a highlight, and every dish was absolutely delicious. We loved every minute of our incredible two-day trip aboard the beautiful Ambassador Signature, and our room was very good. Ms.Thao and Ms.Anh were especially attentive and kind, while all the staff were warm and welcoming. It really felt like a five-star experience. I highly recommend it, especially to my guests looking for an unforgettable cruise in Vietnam. Thank you Ambassador Signature for the wonderful service.

Our Captain's Suite was beautiful and had a spectacular bay view, and the meals were amazing and presented really well. The comfort and quality were top-tier, making this a wonderful luxury cruise on Ha Long Bay. I'd recommend it to anyone after a luxury stay. The activities could use more variety in the excursions, and the night program would be more fun and lively with more entertainment involving the passengers.

Anh was smiling the whole stay and attentive to every little detail, and the service was excellent and flawless. The food was amazing, much better than we expected. The only letdown was our dusty suite and internet that didn't work at all.
