HemTouch House

We liked it so much at the vo thi sau location that, after coming back from Hanoi, we booked again for the second half of our trip at the nguyen van mai location. Hemtouch is on a quiet alley, but it's well placed for food and shops within walking distance. The lobby smelled nice, and our room was clean and comfortable. There were several breakfast choices, so we had something different each morning. This was my first visit to Vietnam to see family, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When I needed to enter my grandma’s address in Grab, she sent me an explanation of how to read Vietnamese addresses, which made getting around easier.

The staff were the highlight, really friendly and full of useful information about the city and Vietnamese culture, and they helped us get settled. Our room was spacious and clean, room service left it immaculate, and the washer and dryer came in handy. Breakfast was really good too. The location is super central.

It's a cute, cozy hotel that feels like a house, and the breakfast was good. The receptionist gave me amazing service, and I slept well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed the great shower. It isn't a palace, and it doesn't pretend to be one, but for the price the quality is great. Budget friendly and good value.

The location is spot on, and you don't hear traffic while you're trying to sleep. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and kind.
