The receptionist was friendly and really helpful, and knew his way around Halong bay. He arranged the super fun DragonCruise day tour for us, plus an affordable two-hour limousine ride back to Hanoi. Beautiful places 😍😍

On my first visit to Halong Bay, the clean rooms and excellent service made a good impression. There were enough places to eat nearby. We also booked a bay tour and transport to Hanoi.

Lol, the top floor ceiling is much lower than the ceilings elsewhere in the hotel. That’s the only thing.

It’s good value, with a spacious room in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood away from the main road. A few small things could be better: the spring mattress slid around on its frame, the sheets weren’t perfectly clean, and the slightly damaged shower hose still worked. The TV had only VN channels and wasn’t smart enough to cast from my phone. Those were my only nitpicks.
