The rooms were spotless, clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff are super friendly, and the place feels secure for you, your family, and your motorcycle. At just 175000 Vietnamese Dong, it's super cheap. There's no elevator, though, so it isn't suitable for people using wheelchairs. Highly recommended 💕

The staff were friendly and supportive, and the hotel had all the equipment I needed for a couple of nights. They helped me find a bus back to Hanoi, and Hiền in particular sorted out all the bus issues caused by the typhoon that hit the city. Thanks again!

I planned to stay at La Casa for 3 days and wound up staying 2 weeks. The room was so comfortable, with a huge window that let in lots of light, strong AC, good beds, and a flat screen TV with android box. The team were friendly, and it had everything I needed for a nice stay. Restaurants and shops are all around, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Bai Chay beach was beautiful, with white sand and palm trees against the famous halong bay karst formations. When I was there in November, it was pretty deserted, and the sunny weather was just perfect, not too hot.
