The receptionist was so enthusiastic. She lent me shoes for the VM HaLong race 🤣🤣 and even brought me a fan when the room was missing one. I didn't meet the owner. We hadn't planned ahead and went over the room's capacity by two people, but the extra charge was small. The room I booked through Agoda was decent, clean, self-contained, and well equipped. It's a four-story building with a small elevator. Overall, I was satisfied.
