We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and cozy, and the people were so sweet.

We loved staying here. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Laundry was good and reasonably priced. It was the best place we stayed in Vietnam!

The mini kitchen has cooking and eating utensils, though the house rules say to use it for light meals only. There’s a small sofa, a cute exterior for photos, and a pottery studio. The wait for firing is long, so it doesn’t work well for a short visit. The loft mattresses are on the floor, which felt like camping, and the bathroom is tiny. The room lighting is fluorescent blue rather than warm, and the sheets and towels smell strongly of perfume. The neighborhood is tucked away, with barking dogs and noisy neighbors. Drainage was poor and a leaking odor filled our room. We moved to another room, but the smell was still there, and I felt nauseous the whole time. Breakfast ends at 9:30, so we skipped it to catch up on sleep after the dogs kept barking. Desk service is handled over WhatsApp. They were nice about moving us because of the drainage smell, but replies sometimes took a while. For the price, I wouldn’t return. We’ve stayed in cheaper hotels in better areas with better quality arrangements. It could suit people who need a kitchen.

We used this cozy cottage-style place as our base for day trips during a weeklong stay, and it always felt like coming home at the end of the day. The host was welcoming and attentive, even replying to messages after hours. Our room had a kitchenette with everything we needed, plus a TV, air-conditioning, and two USB charging ports. The pottery class on site was a lot of fun. If you go early, you can come back later to collect your fired piece. A convenience store, beer house, and coffee shop are about a three-minute walk away. We asked when booking, and the host arranged a private car transfer from the airport, which made travel feel easy and reassuring. We had an amazing stay and would come back and recommend it to our friends.
