The sheets were stained and dirty when we arrived. We booked a room for three, but it was really a room for two with an extra mattress squeezed in. Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out. The whole stay was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was surprisingly delicious, the staff treated us respectfully, and the rooms were excellent and clean. I'd recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet to sleep and relax. If being near the city is your priority, though, this isn't the place for you.

Friendly staff and clean, well-equipped rooms in a good hotel in a newer part of Halong City. It's quite close to the night market, with lots of restaurants around.

It's a long way from downtown, which does mean quiet evenings. At breakfast, the employees were on their phones instead of clearing the tables. They need better training for the job.

The room felt really filthy to me. It hadn't been cleaned properly, and some things were a little torn. I wouldn't want even my enemies to stay here.
