Nghĩa was lovely and helped us with tours, taxis, and activities, finding better and cheaper deals than the ones we saw online. The hotel was clean and comfortable, in a calm area near local restaurants and the museum. We booked a tour through them, but had trouble with a rigged taxi. They were very upset about it and managed to get our money back. The staff were professional and did everything they could to help us get the best from our stay. We had a lovely time and highly recommend the hotel. Good luck with the business, guys, you deserve it 🙂

The bathroom had a strong smell. I looked into it and it seemed to be coming from the drain pipes, which is why I can't give this place five stars. Otherwise, my room was clean, the AC worked well, and the free WiFi and small internet-connected TV let me watch YouTube. I was here for a work trip, and the hotel is in a quiet area near lots of good coffee shops and restaurants. I'd still stay again and recommend it.

Modern, great rooms and super nice staff. The breakfast was delicious, had lots of choices, and came at a great price. Best hotel ever!
