The carpeted room had a comfortable bed, and the restaurant in the hotel was pretty good. Service was good and the staff were friendly. If I get the chance to visit Ha Long again, I’ll come back.

We arrived at 8am and there was barely any food left at the buffet. The buffet wasn't good, and the staff didn't seem well trained.
