We could get to the beach easily, and the rooms were clean with air conditioning. What stood out most was the service at Phoenix Hotel. The four women on the team really knew how to look after guests, from preparing the breakfast buffet each morning to room service and food recommendations. The Wi-Fi could be better. It was just about enough for browsing, but that wasn't a major issue. We found this place after leaving another nearby hotel that was horrible for our basic needs. Thanks for the experience!

Breakfast was delicious, the room was very clean, and the facilities were good. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, and Ms Huyen Trang was especially attentive and helpful with everything I needed. The service impressed me across the board, and everything felt perfect. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I'll definitely come back.
