The food felt fancy and tasted great. The new hotel is lovely too, and the staff are really enthusiastic.

The room was nice and clean, and everything else seemed okay. I really appreciated that the restaurant kept the water heater on for guests, that's worth 10 points. But the shower water was cold in the morning 😬

On my first visit, the place turned out cleaner and nicer than I'd expected, which was a pleasant surprise. It's a new hotel, and the staff are friendly.

They were very rude, and the information about room bookings wasn't clear. They never said how many people could stay in a single or double room. I'd avoid booking here.

The reception was attentive and professional, and the service worked well for our group or family. It's a new hotel with a luxurious design. Five stars for everyone!
