Our room at this hotel near the harbour was spacious and comfortable, a relaxing place to stay. Breakfast, though, was pretty average. There wasn’t much choice, some food arrived cold, and there was no hot water dispenser. Better breakfast and a supply of hot water would make the stay much better.

A convenient place to stay. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel, highly recommend it if you’re visiting the area.

We were happy with the breakfast, which leaned more Asian than Western. A group of 20 Hong-Kong tourists and South Asian families seemed happy with it too. The building is brand-new, and the rooms and facilities were much better than the place we stayed in Hanoi city center. We only stayed overnight before heading to the famed Ha Long Bay the next morning. It was deep winter and freezing at 17°C, but our room was huge and comfortable.

The hotel has a more personal feel to me than the new resorts closer to the beaches. It’s well placed near the city centre, with local food, cafes, and beer nearby. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and nicely designed, with good facilities and a balcony. The bathroom felt modern and the shower was amazing. Breakfast had both Vietnamese and Western choices. Recommend it.
